Apart from work (I do love saying that!), I haven’t really been up to much this week, so no opportunities to get all dolled up. So today’s post features a really simple outfit – the kind of outfit I wear day to day. Jeans and a jumper, usually. On this occasion, I chose my favourite bright blue fluffy jumper.
Bright blue fluffy jumper
Just before Christmas, I bought it from a Chinese shop in Odiaxere (incidentally, it’s just down the road from my new job). Isn’t it the most fabulous colour? I totally fell in love with the bright blue the moment I saw it. I actually wore it on New Year’s Eve with my Jigsaw trousers.
Sorry, I keep getting distracted because Bradley Cooper is on TV lol. Gosh that man is handsome!!
Where was I? Oh yeah, my bright blue jumper. I wore it with my favourite boyfriend jeans (bought from H&M years ago) and my absolutely fabulous pink sparkly Doc Martens which are simply divine, right? Every woman should have a pair 😉
Algarve weather
Because it was a chilly morning (at least when we left home it was anyway), I also wore a multi-coloured scarf and my khaki jacket. However, as soon as we started taking photos, it started getting quite warm. I could have done with a t-shirt! Currently in the Algarve, it can be quite hot in the sun, but as soon as you step into the shade, it’s really cold. We’re still lighting our log burner every evening to keep the chill out of the house. But it shouldn’t be too long until it’s warm enough without it.
My haircut
Last week I forgot to mention my hair. Yes, I’ve cut it again lol. I must say, I feel so much like myself with it this short. When it starts getting longer, it drives me insane. I had intended to have a bob but I guess that just ain’t gonna happen. I’ll stay me instead 😉
