With Christmas a week ago, and the new year festivities just finished, I spent some time this morning going through some of the photos taken whilst on holiday. Wonderful memories still fresh in my mind, I figured I would share with you my Christmas day outfit…
My Christmas Day Outfit
Leaving it to the last minute, I picked up this little sparkly number from Oasis just days before the 25th for a steal at £29 (it was originally about 40). It’s now even less in the January sale though lol! I apologise for the awful photos (in particular the two below!)
Would you believe it if I told you it was the first time I’ve even shopped in Oasis? Crazy, right? What a fabulous shop. I’ve since popped back in and bought a couple of pretty jumpers in the sale too. I wish we had Oasis in Portugal!
But back to Christmas day. I wasn’t particularly well prepared (I’m living out of a suitcase for about seven weeks) and so ended up wearing a pair of sparkly, striped tights that I’d bought from TKMaxx earlier, as well as my favourite black heels from Clarks. Probably not the best combination but considering I’m limited to what I can wear, I didn’t do too badly 😉
I was very fortunate to have been given a very pretty (and equally sparkly) bracelet and earrings from my mother-in-law on Christmas morning, so I figured I might as well go for full on sparkle lol! Hey, it’s only Christmas once a year so why not, right?
