If you’re a regular reader, you’ll already know I’m a huge fan of khaki. It’s the colour that always stands out to me in the shops. Last year, it was this little cold shoulder dress that appealed to me when I spotted it. You might recognise it because I’ve worn it once before – about a year ago, when my hair was super short.
It’s such a great dress for the warm weather over here in the Algarve. Actually, I might even wear it when it’s cooler with jeans. In fact, I don’t really know why I didn’t do that last Autumn.
Pizza night
Last week I wore the cold shoulder dress to a pizza night at our place – and it was perfect, considering the hot night indoors. It was also perfect because it flares out from the bust, allowing me to eat more pizza and tiramisu than I should have done!
I wore my trusty clogs because they’re like wearing slippers! They really are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I’ve ever had. I know I write about them a lot here on the blog, but I can’t help it. I love them!
As for accessories, I decided against a necklace because I just didn’t feel the need for one on this occasion. Instead, I opted for these gorgeous long green earrings I got from H&M a few months ago. You might remember them from this post?
Sorry I haven’t been around much this past week, but I have two good reasons. 1) My nephew is visiting us in Portugal for the first time ever. 2) Well…. let me just show you…
