Last week I shared a YouTube video showcasing a week of outfits. It was ‘seven’ days of wearing ‘new’ items I’d recently purchased on Vinted. You see, a couple of months ago I decided I wanted a whole new change to my wardrobe. I wanted the outside to show the real me so I started selling on Vinted…and then started buying LOL! I’ve got rid of a lot of stuff and I’ve bought a lot of stuff too and it’s so much fun! There are a few other videos on my channel where I showcase some of the Vinted gems I’ve bought recently (if you’re interested!).
So this video shows a week in my life in outfits (if that makes sense?!). There’s everything from whimsigoth (my favourite style) to vintage to cowgirl chic to full on goth girl, it was a blast to do and I will be doing it again soon. I’m asking for all these favours because it’s actually really hard to get seen on YouTube and I’ve been so close to 1000 subscribers for months now! It seems more people un-subscribe than subscribe these days, which can be a little frustrating considering I’m really trying to make a go of YouTube!
Having said that, I must admit I have put a lot of videos and blog posts ‘on hold’ until we move, because I find this house we’re living in is not the best place to film. And the house build has been delayed somewhat for various reasons but all is looking good and I’m excited for what is around the corner! I’ve got so many ideas, not just about style, but also cooking, art, sewing and more. I can’t wait to move in…we just need to practice a little more patience (we haven’t even got windows yet lol!)
