So, after weeks of working on my cloffice (did you see my post about it earlier this week?) and being surrounded by grey and pink, I decided I love the colours so much that I should create an outfit based on my new favourite room in the house…
I’m using my remote control again and, boy, did I struggle to get decent images that were in focus! It took a while, but I got there in the end. My poor tummy was gurgling like mad considering it was bright and early in the morning and I was trying to get the photos done before breakfast lol. I was starving.
It was a pretty easy outfit to put together, because (surprise, surprise), I don’t actually have that much pale pink in my wardrobe. The cute little cardigan is a new purchase from H&M (I’ll paste the youtube video about my little spending spree below). I adore their cardies—I have so many of them in different colours. Black, grey, green, orange, khaki, snake print, red, and I wear them a lot in the warmer months.
The grey polo neck is quite old. In fact, I think it was the very first thing I ever bought from Massimo Dutti! And speaking of Massimo, I’m also wearing their wide-legged grey trousers here, which I loved so much that I also bought them in khaki lol. They fit so incredibly well. It’s like they were made for me.
I’ve also had the shoes a few years now. I bought them from Clarks after seeing Lizzy wearing them on her blog, What Lizzy Loves. They were so pretty that I just had to have them! They’re the perfect shoe to wear with wide-legged trousers, wouldn’t you agree? Sadly, I couldn’t find the same pair for you but I have found a couple of other gorgeous pinky brogues you might like (see below).
Another thing that I am quite obsessed with is bumbags. I can’t get enough of them. I love that you can sling them over your shoulder, across the body, or tie them at the waist, giving the shoulders a rest. I get shoulder and backache from handbags, do you? Drives me crazy. Anyway, this salmon pink bumbag is from Kipling, my current favourite bag store. I’ve got three bumbags from there and I love them all. Two are the same, just different colours: this one and a black one (it’s Yasemina XL). Unfortunately, they no longer appear to have this colour available. They do have a smaller one though. I’ll list it below if you’re interested. And my third Kipling bumbag is in a camo print. One of the things I love about Kipling bags is the little monkeys that come with each one. They’re so cute!
And finally, my rose quartz necklace. Yes you’ve guessed it—it was a gift from my mother-in-law lol. I know, I know, practically all my jewellery has come from her. What can I say? She loves to spoil us! Apparently she’s already bought things for us for next Christmas lol. She’s a nutcase and we love her to bits!
And now it’s time for the #neverendingstyle link-up! I hope you’ll join in the fun. Oh…oh…I nearly forgot to mention something….
The Neverending Style Facebook Group
I created this group for 40+ style and lifestyle bloggers. I do hope you’ll come along and join the group. I shall look forward to seeing you there.

My favourite from last week’s link-up is Nancy from Nancy’s Fashion Style who looked fabulous in, guess what…..grey and pink lol! Nancy is pondering the idea of wearing trousers with boots and I think she’s nailed it!
