The weather is really warming up here in the Algarve at the moment and so I was delighted to get out the orange floral trousers I bought from Zara last year. They’re a kind of linen cotton mix so they’re perfect for the heat. Unfortunately they’re a tad too long (I really ought to hem them but I just can’t be bothered lol) so I had to wear my platform trainers. But I actually quite liked them together. I bought this orange tee from Mango last year as well, and it’s a lovely silky cotton that hangs beautifully. They still have it available, just in orange. It’s available in black, white and blue. I’m tempted to get the blue one (it’s a similar colour to my nails here). I just wish I’d been wearing a matching bra because the flesh coloured strap kept showing!
If it had been cooler, I would have probably worn a dark blue cardigan but it was lovely and warm as it was. I chose to wear a turquoise necklace and a couple of rings (that I forgot to take photos of) that I inherited from my late MIL. Oh and I wore my neutral handbag from Parfois which I’ve been using all the time since I bought it a couple of weeks ago. All in all, I really liked the resulting orange outfit. It made me feel colourful and happy.
